Another question, can you download people's art for personal viewing, so long as you don't repost it or use it for your own public thing? I mean, I'm sure it varies by artist but what's the consensus?

Hmmm..well, it has always been in question; you must put a mature content filter on 18+ artworks. Drawing porn with minors involved in the picture is a big no no and will get you in trouble.
Yeah that makes sense, I'm not interested in pornography, from what I've seen, you can't draw intercourse but you can still draw naked people so long as you tag it, is that a good basic way to look at it?
